The nose reveals a slight freshness. It reveals notes of blackberry, flowers and wild red fruits associated with a touch of gray pepper as well as an imperceptible hint of spices and cardamom. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a nice mineral frame, a good definition, good grain and elegance. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, cherry, crushed redcurrant and slight notes of cassis associated with toasted touches, chocolate, discreet touches of caramelized oak and an imperceptible touch of pepper (in the background ). Tannins are fine, straight and slightly chewy.
