The nose is expressive and fresh. It offers citrus notes (lemon, lime, grapefruit), associated with notes of tangy pineapple, passion fruit, as well as light herbaceous (cut grass) and slightly yeasty notes. The palate is dynamic, well balanced, and expresses notes of citrus (lemon, lime, grapefruit, lemon zest), fresh herbs and fresh flowers. Good acidity and good length, with a certain persistent yeasty note which should disappear. Very nice freshness and energy.
