The palate is fruity and offers maturity, a fresh tangy frame, good definition, juiciness, a little velvety side, deliciousness and a slight richness. It expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, crushed blackcurrant and more slightly – chocolate associated with touches of fairly ripe/crushed cherry as well as small hints of toasted, nutmeg and sweet spices. The tannins are supple and precise, good length and definition.
