The nose is fruity and offers power. It reveals notes of wild berries and cassis associated with small notes of Sichuan pepper, small wild red fruits as well as hints of spices. The palate is fruity, juicy, fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers a mineral frame as well as a fine suavity/fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy/fleshy strawberry, crunchy/fleshy raspberry and small notes of cassis associated with small touches of cornflower/violet, liquorice as well as discreet hints of mild tobacco, chocolate and very discreet hints of roasted coffee (in the background). Tannins are fine and slightly dry.
