The nose is fruity, elegant, complete and offers a slight mellow sensation. It has great deepness and will benefit from carafe. It reveals notes of pulpy blackberry, small black fruits and slight touches of pepper and slight notes of spice. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, brightness and a certain small delicacy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of raspberry, small dense purple plums and small notes of juicy/ pulpy cassis associated with touches of cardamon, discreet hints of camphor and a hint of spices, roast and a very discreet hint almost aromatic herbs imperceptible in the background. Tannins are slight mellow, gourmand, savory, salty and elegant. There is a beautiful freshness, suppleness, all in delight. Chocolate persistence.
