On the nose, elegant, subtle and offers delicacy, harmony, depth, a nice miulticolored side as well as a nice finesse and precision of grain. It reveals notes of crushed blackberry, ripe/fresh strawberry and more lightly blueberry bursting associated with hints of ceise bursting, vanilla, fresh hazelnut, very discreet hints of fresh blueberry, graphite, zan as well as a subtle hint of Cuben pepper, camphor/ liquorice and a subtle hint of almost white flowers. On the palate, full, fleshy, balanced and offers a very nice freshness, juiciness, minerality, some density, depth, richness in delicacy, precision, a nice structure, power in delicacy/precision, creaminess (in finesse and freshness), a massive side (in elegance) as well as a nice acidulous frame. The wine expresses notes of pulpy/bursting blackberry, pulpy/bursting blueberry and more slightly bursting raspberry associated with touches of small blue bursting berries, pulpy/creamy blue plum, hints of tonka bean, hazelnut as well as discreet hints of grey pepper, graphite, a subtle hint of toastiness and sweet spices. The tannins are massive and offer mellowness. A very nice persistence and sapidity at the bottom of the mouth. Presence of a very discreet coffee touch on the persistence. Beautiful persistence of 16 caudalies.
