The nose is aromatic and offers a beautiful finesse of the grain, freshness, power as well as a small deepness, complexity, elegance and intensity. This wine should be decanted. It reveals notes of wild cassis, violet, fresh wild blackberry associated with fine touches of crushed blueberry as well as hints of graphite, toasted hazelnut, discreet hints of green cardamom, tea, lily, an imperceptible hint of orangette and Sichuan pepper. The palate is fruity, elegant, well-balanced, fine, carved and offers a beautiful texture/delicate matter, subtility, a beautiful delicacy, a juicy/finely acidulous frame as well as a small melodious side and a stetchy sensation. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed Boysen berry, pulpy/bright plum, small notes of crushed cassis associated with touches of wild raspberry, small crushed red berries, hints of juicy/Fresh blueberry as well as hints of cornflower, lilac, fine hints of tonka bean, nutmeg, very fine hints of toasted almond, an imperceptible hint of lavender, crushed hazelnut and graphite. An imperceptible hint of tobacco and chocolate on the persistence. A very beautiful persistence (+19 caudalies !). Sapidity, freshness bringing appetence and gourmandize on the finish. A very beautiful success with a superb juiciness, a beautiful shine of the fruit.
