Château Crabitey 2020 

The nose is fruity, aromatic and offers control, a small gourmandize as well as a certain power. It reveals notes of pulpy cassis, violet plum, small notes of small red berries associated with touches of violet, cherry stem, a racy minerality, spices and a hint of iris/varietal. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, suavity, gourmandize, a small fat and a fine tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/bright cassis, violet plum, small notes of blackberry associated with touches of small red berries, bright cherry as well as fine hints of violet, iris, a subtle hint of pepper, liquorice and chocolate. Tannins are precise. A very discreet hint of good bitterness in the finish/persistence.
