The nose is pretty, fresh, complex, spicy and offers a 3D side. It reveals notes of kumquat and small notes of fresh cumin, associated with touches of small ripe/fresh yellow fruits, touches of bright white peach, discreet hints of anise, iodine, as well as a fine hint of fairly ripe yellow apple and green tea/sappy. The palate is fruity, juicy, fresh and offers good definition and tension. It also presents accuracy, a chiselled side, a tangy frame and a finely tight mouth. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of sweet quince, kumquat and small notes of sweet apricot, as well as hints of small candied fruits, peach blossom, small fairly ripe/crushed exotic fruits and fine pearly hints and fresh vanilla in the background. Good length. A hint of toasted almond in the background.
