On the nose, elegant, distinguished, precise, nicely marked by its terroir and offers some straightness, depth (in finesse) and complexity. It reveals notes of lime, crystallized lemon and more slightly minerality associated with a nice elegant/edgy/sliced side, touches of zest, crunchy pineapple as well as fine tips of white flowers, lime blossom and discreet hints of nuts. On the palate, fruity, balanced and offers freshness, juiciness, acidity, tension, precision as well as a good definition, an edgy/sharp side (reflects with dignity and finesse its terroir). The wine expresses notes of crystallized lemon, zest and more lightly yuzu associated with touches of candied mandarin, crunchy pineapple, lemon blossom as well as hints of lime blossom, white flowers, candied white berries, and fine spicy notes. Good length.
