The nose is racy, elegant, vigorous, mineral and well defined. It reveals notes of candied lemon zest, crystallized mandarin and small notes of minerality associated with touches of kumquat, dry apricot and hints of honey, vanilla and an imperceptible hint of white flowers. The palate is fruity, elegant, lively, chiselled, well-balanced, suave and offers a very slight tight grain, gourmandise, a small fat, delicacy, an acidulous frame as well as a beautiful, unctuous and slightly silky texture. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied lemon and crystallized tangerine associated with small touches of dry apricot, green apple and small touches of ginger, flowers, beeswax, spices and with discreet hints of vanilla. Good length.
