On the palate, this wine expresses notes of candied pear, marmalade and small notes sweet kumquat associated with touches of quince, lemon marmalade, hints of acacia, verbena, toasted almonds as well as fine hints of spices, a subtle hint of vanilla and a very discreet hint almost brioche / biscuit on the finish.
