The wine has a very pale straw color. The nose is fresh, vinous with notes of lemon and apple. The second nose opens with more white peach and lychee. The whole thing remains discreet. The palate is fresh with a nice acidity. We have notes of flowers like acacia and hints of citrus fruits like lemon zest. There is also a salinity present in the mid-palate which continues in a fine finish with apricot blossom.
