The rosé has a very pale apricot color. The nose is fresh and fruity with a hint of cream. We have juicy peach, apricot and also a touch of aromatic white grape. The second nose is still more intense on orchard fruits. The palate is fresh and fruity. We find the elements of the nose with a very present refreshing acidity. There are peach, lemon, white grapes as well as fine hints of lemon blossom. We also perceive a saline note on the finish. It’s persistent.
