The wine has a shiny pale straw yellow color. The first nose is aromatic on orchard fruits with notes of yellow peach as well as pear. The second nose opens with lemon as well as a fine hint of passion fruit and goat’s cheese. The palate is round, fine with notes of juicy lemon and white peach. We have a pleasant saline touch. The finish is on the pomelo. There is efficiency in simplicity.
