The nose is fresh, mineral, and a little closed. The second nose opens with a note of gazoline. There is also more intense fruit. Apple, in particular, with almonds. The palate is fresh, fruity, and tangy from the start. We find gazoline, but also baked apple, banana, and lemon zest. There is a hint of butter and toast. The finish is fine with a touch of butter and bitter almond.
