Lovely fruity, floral nose that offers freshness, spices and a certain intensity. It reveals notes of boysenberry, blueberry and small notes of wild berries associated with touches of toast, caramelization, fresh nutmeg and an almost olive hint. The palate is nicely juicy, fruity, and offers gourmandise, suppleness, silkiness, it expresses notes of juicy blackberry, bright/finely acidulous cherry, bright/finely acidulous cassis and small notes of violet associated with touches of camphor, roasting and toasted almond. Good length and definition. A subtle hint of almost local environment/forest in the background brings pep. Tannins are well constructed.
