Beautiful, fresh and tense nose that offers a fresh varietal side as well as a fine peppery side. It reveals notes of Boysenberry, Cubeb pepper and small notes of cherry associated with touches of spices, almost discreetly graphite as well as very fine hints of small black fruits, tea and fresh sap. The palate is beautifully juicy, fresh and offers a nice crunchiness of fruit, sapiness, a floral side, a certain fullness/brightness as well as an acidulous structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy cherry, fresh violet and small notes of bright wild small red fruits associated with touches of rose as well as fine hints of cocoa/tonka bean. Tannins are supple, sappy and gourmands. A discreet hint of good cocoa bitterness on the finish.
