The nose is fruity, elegant, racy, nicely fresh and offers a subtle graphite side. It expresses notes of violet, camphor and more slightly – racy minerality, associated with touches of small fresh/juicy wild black fruits as well as hints of cardamom, spices, a subtle hint almost cumin and pepper. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, tension, accuracy, a fresh/tangy frame, juiciness, gourmandise, a textured, silky-fresh side, a certain density, but in freshness and balance. It expresses notes of creamy blackberry, violet and more slightly – camphor, associated with touches of graphite as well as hints of small creamy blue fruits, hints of crushed strawberry and a fine, almost roasted hint of the fruit in the background. The tannins are soft and very discreetly austere. Delicacy, notes of chocolate and toast. Nice freshness and minerality.
