The nose is fruity and rich. It reveals notes of black fruits (especially blackberry) associated with a few notes of red fruit (especially cherry) and a few notes of spices (including cardamom). The palate is fresh, well-balanced and long. It expresses notes of black cherry, blackberry, plum, graphite and spices (including notes of pepper). Tannins are a bit less melted than on the 2002 vintage. Good length. The finish is fruity. You can drink it now, however I advise you to wait between 4 or 5 years.
