The nose is fruity, with a certain intensity, energy and a peppery side. It reveals notes of pulpy blackberry, pulpy cherry and small notes of cornflower, associated with touches of fresh hazelnut and a hint of almost infusion and hazelnut. The palate is mineral, fresh, with acidity and a floral side/fresh flower (almost pistil). It expresses notes of juicy/fresh cherry, raspberry and small notes of fresh flowers (lilac, lily), combined with sappy touches and racy minerality. Good length. A fine coating side of toasted/barrique in the background/on the finish.
