There are notes of blackberry, lily and slightly pepper associated with touches of small blue berries, cherry, small touches of pepper as well as a touch of sense of place, clay and discreet hints of pepper. The palate is fruity, balanced, racy and offers juiciness, a tangy frame, a certain tension, dynamism, a certain purity, smoothness, a little freshness, fat as well as a little spherical side. This wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy blackberry, crushed cassis and more slightly blue berries associated with touches of cornflowers, lily, small red berries as well as hints of pepper, rose as well as a subtle hint of local biotop (sense of place) and mocha. Tannins are precise, elegant and finely mellow.
