Château Confidence de Margaux 2019 – Margaux

The nose is elegant, aromatic and offers richness as well as a small fleshiness. It reveals notes of fleshy cassis, fleshy raspberry, fleshy cherry associated with small touches of juicy blueberry, violet, a racy minerality as well as discreet hints of incense, spices and an imperceptible hint of pepper (in the background). The palate is fruity, gourmand and offers a good definition, a beautiful suavity, an acidulous frame and juiciness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy griotte cherry, fleshy cassis, small notes of garriguette strawberry associated with small touches of blackberry, violet, sweet spices as well as hints of violet, rose and chocolate. A persistence on notes of toasted, cocoa and caramelization.
