The nose is beautifully aromatic, delicate, deep and offers aromatic concentration, a fine elegant darkness as well as a lovely width of the aromatic palette (complexity). It reveals notes of bright Bigarreau cherry, small bright red fruits and small notes of roasted-juicy cassis associated with touches of bright black plum, violet as well as discreet almost sage hints, a subtle hint of zan, colas, bergamot, spices and a discreet hint of pepper. The palate is beautifully led/defined, fruity, supple, suave, gourmet, delicious, juicy, tense and offers uprightness, a lovely freshness as well as lovely balances. Suppleness and purity in its definition. A broad and melodious side at the same time. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, fleshy/juicy cassis and small notes of bright/shiny Bigarreau cherry associated with touches of small dense/juicy black plum, graphene, spices as well as a subtle hint of infusion, sage and discreet hints of torrefaction/cocoa. The tannins are finely chalky and precise. A subtle hint of good bitterness in the background (brings delicacy and length).
