On the nose it is aromatic and offers a precisely conducted concentration as well as precision. It reveals notes of crushed blackberry, crushed raspberry and more lightly cornflowers associated with touches of Bourbon vanilla, lilac, hints of crushed cherry as well as fine hints of fresh hazelnut, cuben pepper and with a subtle almost saline hint. The palate is fruity, elegant, juicy, delicate, all in balance and offers minerality, precision, well-rounded richness, palatability as well as a nice velvety and suave texture. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / crushed blackberry, pulpy blueberry and more slightly of crushed raspberry associated with a touch of Bourbon vanilla, toasted hazelnut as well as a subtle hint of chocolate and sweet spices. The tannins are elegant, structuring and mellow. A very nice wine with subtlety and juiciness / freshness.
