The nose is fresh, it presents fruit, with an almost creamy side reminiscent of a champagne base wine, and nicely marked by limestone. It reveals notes of fresh yellow peach, sweet lemon and small notes of crunchy apple, as well as a hint of almost cream, almost fresh meringue. The palate is nicely juicy, fruity and offers a certain fatness, a melodious floral side and a chalky, gravelly minerality. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy peach, crushed brugnon and small notes of green almond, combined with touches of white flowers and a subtle hint of iodized. Good length. A milky/salty butter finish. Over-reduction.
