The nose is fresh, vinous, beautifully structured and offers delicacy as well as a certain power in finesse. There are notes of apple zest, fresh kumquat and small notes of zest associated with touches of white flowers, fresh lilies as well as a discreet hint of acacia flowers and very discreet almost fresh beeswax hints. The palate is racy, tense, beautifully fresh (limestone / fresh gravels), dynamic and offers a beautiful delicacy, a beautiful definition, a good precision, a nice tension as well as energy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh / crunchy apple, fresh lychee and small notes of kumquat zest associated with touches of mesocarps as well as fine hints of white rose, pistil of lily and a subtle hint of salinity. A beautiful work on bitterness. Good length. A subtle powdery hint on the finish.
