The nose is elegant, precise, frank and nicely complex. It reveals notes of candied yuzu, pulpy vine peach, nectarine in syrup and small notes of fresh ginger associated with fine touches of flowers, crystallized lime as well as fine hints of honey, discreet hints of cypress, fresh spices and a very discreet iodized hint (in the background). The palate is nicely built, supple, fresh, mineral, racy and offers a sappy side, a floral side, a beautiful unctuosity, finesse in its matter as well as a beautiful work on the good bitterness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied peach, lychee in syrup and small notes of fresh sap/pine needle associated with touches of verbena, kumquat, fine almost starfruit hints, honey as well as a hint of gingerbread and a subtle hint of eucalyptus (in the background). Good length. A subtle hint of almost fresh pepper in the background.
