The palate is fruity, well-balanced, elegant, beautifully racy and offers fat, a beautiful finesse of the grain, precision, unctuosity, gourmandize, a beautiful delicacy/finesse, freshness, an acidulous frame as well as complexity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied green apple, candied vine peach and small notes of crystalized lime associated with fine hints of exotic fruits, white tea, lemon flowers, vanilla flowers as well as discreet hints of sweet spices. Good length.
