The nose is fresh, juicy/fleshy, elegant and offers power as well as a fine concentration. It reveals notes of blackberry, blackcurrant, small wild fruits and raspberry associated with touches of flowers/violet, minerality, Cuban pepper as well as an imperceptible hint of lily (in the background). The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced, well-built and offers a beautiful minerality, a beautiful freshness, a good definition, a fine acid frame, fat as well as a small fullness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, crushed raspberry and ripe/crunchy red berries associated with small touches of cherry, flowers, juicy blueberry, liquorice as well as subtle hints of toasted/almond toasted, racy minerality, hints of graphite and spices. Tannins are fine and slightly firm. Good length. Gourmandize on the finish.
