The nose is fresh , fruity and offers concentration as well as a fine power. It reveals notes of wild blackberry, wild strawberry and more slightly wild blueberry associated with small/fine touches of cornflowers (cornflower…), fine hints of gray pepper, spices as well as very discreet hints of cocoa (in the background) and an imperceptbile hint of nutmeg/zan. The palate is fruity, juicy, elegante and offers a beautiful definition, gourmandize, a beautiful suavity, fat, a good freshness, power, minerality (racy minerality) as well as a beautiful acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy and fleshy/juicy strawberry associated with small touches of fleshy raspberry, juicy cassis as well as hints of small berries, cornflower and very discreet hints of liquorice sticks/zan. Tannnins are elegant and structuring.
