The nose offers a fine concentration, a little power, harmony and a stretched, airy and velvety side. It expresses notes of boysenberry, fleshy strawberry and more slightly – blackcurrant associated with touches of crushed small red berries, fine hints of cornflower, liquorice stick, graphene and tonka bean. The palate is mineral and offers fruit, a certain concentration, brightness, accuracy, a fine tangy frame. It expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, pulpy/tart blackcurrant and more slightly – fresh flowers (violet, lily) associated with touches of racy/iodized minerality, tonka bean, crushed small red berries, smoke and toast.
