The nose is aromatic, elegant, precise and offers depth, a nice finesse and a powdery side of the grain, complexity. It expresses notes of boysenberry, pulpy blackcurrant and more slightly – pepper associated with touches of infusion, wild red berries as well as a hint of roasted-juicy, camphor, graphite, a delicate hint of clove and cornflower, zan and spices. The palate is nicely juicy, fruity, gourmet. It offers a tangy frame, tension, accuracy, harmony, notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, bright blackcurrant and more slightly – bright/bright cherry associated with touches of roasted-juicy berries, as well as hints of camphor, cocoa, nutmeg, fresh flowers and toasted hazelnut. Nice harmony and texture in finesse of the material.
