The nose is beautiful, elegant, delicate, deep, aromatic and offers a subtle complexity. It reveals notes of small roasted-elegant red berries, Timut pepper and small notes of violet, graphite, crushed cassis associated with touches of cubeb pepper, pulpy violet plum, as well as discreet hints of tobacco and a subtle almost iodized touch. On the palate, the wine is well-built, supple, fresh, elegant, airy, deep, complex and offers great finesse. It has anacidulous frame. It expresses notes of pulpy cassis, bright blackberry and small notes of cornflower associated with touches of elegant-roasted cherry, as well as hints of bright red plum, graphite, blonde tobacco, as well as fine touches of camphor, infusion, an almost delicate black olive hint and fine toasted notes. Tannins are mellow, sapid and gourmand. A nice little chewiness on the finish/persistence. The wine is beautifully fresh, suave and gourmand all while being silky, fresh and delicate.
