Château Clarisse – Vieilles Vignes 2022 – Puisseguin Saint-Emilion

The nose is fruity and offers a certain power and fine intensity. It expresses notes of blackcurrant, pepper and, more lightly, boysenberry, combined with touches of wild strawberry as well as hints of cornflower and licorice. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, a little fat, deliciousness, pulpiness. It expresses notes of tangy red berries, pulpy/juicy raspberry and more lightly – violet, associated with a fine hint of peony and fine hints of racy minerality. The palate is silky and harmonious, and offers richness and finesse with an airy character.
