The nose is fruity, nicely intense in accuracy and finesse of grain, and offers a certain delicate side in its relative power and plenitude. It reveals notes of boysenberry, violet and small notes of cherry blossom, associated with touches of fleshy bigarreau cherry, fine hints of small fairly ripe/crushed red fruits, as well as fine hints of lilac, racy minerality and a hint of graphene. The palate is well-built, supple, precise and juicy. It offers a tangy frame, minerality, precision, suppleness, harmony and fine concentration. It also presents a taut tannic structure that is currently a little tight. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy cassis, raspberry and small notes of cornflower, combined with touches of lilac, small juicy red berries, as well as hints of racy minerality, graphene, a hint of camphor and oatmeal. We also find notes of chocolate. The tannins are mellow and offer a lovely mid-palate. A subtle, almost varietal/floral hint in the background.
