The nose is mineral, clear, beautifully racy and gravelly. It reveals notes of pulpy strawberry, wild blueberry and more discreetly, crushed small fruits associated with hints of warm gravels, fine hints of star anise, aniseed and a discreet hint of pepper and toasted. On the palate, the wine is fruity and offers juiciness, suavity, freshness, minerality, a good definition, a certain gourmandise and precision. It expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cherry, juicy/pulpy cassis and small notes of cornflower associated with hints of bright wild strawberry as well as hints of racy gravels, an aniseed note, chocolate and toasted almond. Tannins are precise, racy and supple. Good definition and precision. A wine that is well-built and gourmand.
