The nose is elegant, aromatic and offers gourmandize, finesse and a good definition. It reveals notes of pulpy blackberry, pulpy raspberry and small notes of bourbon vanilla pod associated with touches of lily, crushed strawberry as well as hints of fresh hazelnut and a subtle hint of fresh mild tobacco. The palate is fruity, mineral and offers a certain tension, juiciness, a fine crunchiness of the fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh raspberry, fresh/juicy cherry and small notes of juicy/fresh cassis associated with a touch of fresh violet, crunchy strawberry as well as fine hints of vanilla, toasted and a very discreet hint of nutmeg. Tannins are well-built. A fine sapidity in the persistence.
