The nose is elegant, racy, spicy and offers a small concentration, a certain deepness as well as a little mellowness. It reveals notes of wild blackberry, pepper and small notes of cornflower associated with touches of wild strawberry, clove as well as a hint of black tea, wild pepper, sweet spices and toasted hazelnut. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, freshness, minerality, a tangy frame, accuracy as well as a small tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, bright blueberry and small notes of bright strawberry associated with touches of salinity, vanilla and toasted hazelnut. Softness, salinity, a nice freshness as well as a fine pulpiness of the fruit. Tannins are mellow and gourmands. Good tangy persistence.
