The nose is elegant, racy, precise, with minerality and offers power and mastery. It reveals notes of creamy/fresh Boysen blackberry, star anise and small notes of crushed raspberry associated with slight touches of small creamy/fresh blue fruits as well as a hint of fresh roast and discreet hints of licorice stick, toast, toasted almond and an imperceptible hint of vanilla. The palate is fruity, beautifully fresh, with a beautiful juiciness which offers freshness, tension, a tangy frame, a vibrant side, a good definition, gourmandise and precision. There is a discreet aerial side in its creaminess with a beautiful textured side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of creamy/ pulpy, blackberry, violet and small notes of raspberry, pulpy/ juicy cherry associated with touches of small blue fruits crushed and hints of star anise, toast, almost oaky caramelized and subtle hints of nutmeg. Beautiful little mache on the finish with mellow tannins, beautifully precise and gourmand. The wine is harmonious and gourmand, with a mineral persistence that stretches.
