It reveals notes of wild cassis, crushed wild blackberry, small notes of violet associated with touches of grey pepper, a fine touch of racy minerality as well as hints of nutmeg and spices. The palate is fruity and offers suavity, density, a slightly tight matter, gourmandize, a fine acidulous frame as well as tension, roundness and fat (full of finesse). On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/fleshy blackberry, crushed wild cassis, small notes of cornflower associated with touches of rose petal, grey pepper as well as small hints of spices, cedar and toasted. Tannins are slightly marked.
