A nice intense nose, which offers power and a nice peppery hint. It expresses notes of racy minerality, notes of pepper, pulpy blackberry and small wild red fruits, combined with touches of fresh nutmeg and a sappy hint. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, juiciness, a certain generosity, gourmandise, smoothness, a lovely creamy texture in freshness. It expresses notes of pulpy blackberry, fleshy/pulpy strawberry and more slightly – cornflower associated with touches of fleshy blackcurrant, as well as fine hints of bergamot and discreet toasted hints. A slight sapidity on the finish/persistence. Nice freshness.
