Château Chasse Spleen 2024 – Moulis-en-Médoc

The nose is elegant, it offers fruit, fine concentration and a lovely airy, delicate side. It reveals notes of small red fruits, wild red berries and small notes of violets, associated with delicate hints of fresh nutmeg, crushed raspberry and an imperceptible, almost citrus hint in the background. The palate is mineral, fresh and offers fine fluidity and a little taut tannic structure. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy cassis, juicy/pulpy cherry and small notes of plum, combined with touches of violet, lilac, as well as hints of cornflower, licorice stick and fine hints of toasted almonds. Good length.
