The nose is fruity. It reveals notes of crushed blackberry and slight notes of ripe raspberry associated with discreet hints of cassis as well as a hint of spices and a very discreet hint of violet. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers a beautiful minerality as well as a slight richness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fresh/ripe blackberry, fleshy strawberry and slight notes of redcurrant associated with toasted hints as well as a very discreet hint of licorice and sweet spices/vanilla. Tannins are fine and slightly chewy. Good length.
