The nose is fruity with a certain aromatic intensity and a small power. We have notes of bright blackcurrant, wild blackberries and slight notes of wild strawberries associated with touches of fresh spices, cubeb pepper as well as hints of bright cherries and a subtle, almost sappy note in the background. The mouth is nicely fresh with creaminess and a good definition which brings greediness and a certain brilliance of the fruit. We have notes of creamy cherries, bright raspberries and more slightly pulpy blackcurrant associated with touches of star anise, violet as well as hints of caramelization and chocolate. We perceive a fine infusion side in the background. It’s a nice wine with a fine firmness and good work on the good bitterness in the background. Smoothness and a textured side.
