The nose is fresh, mineral, chiseled and offers a fine concentration/power. It expresses notes of blackberry, spices and more slightly – of racy minerality associated with touches of fresh flowers and a discreet hint of pepper. The palate is nicely juicy, fruity and offers pulpiness, delicacy, accuracy, roundness and a fine smoothness. It expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, violet and more slightly – of pulpy/juicy raspberry, associated with touches of small bright red berries, as well as hints of vanilla, toast and a fine hint of chocolate and a very discreet almost sappy hint in the background. Good length. The tannins are tasty, with a fine graphite side. A hint of dark chocolate on the persistence.
