The nose is spicy, with a discreet hint of volatility. It reveals notes of wild raspberry, spices, a fine touch of clove and a very discreet, almost balsamic hint. The palate is nicely fresh, well-built, with fullness, gourmandise, beautiful freshness, a tracing side, energy and a certain purity. It expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, brilliant raspberry, and small notes of small juicy/bright fruits, combined with touches of violet, infusion, cherry blossom, as well as fine hints of clove and sweet spices. The tannins are sapid and gourmand. A certain fatness in freshness.
