CHATEAU CASTERA 2023 – Médoc

The nose is fresh, floral and toasted. It expresses notes of blackberry, pulpy raspberry and more slightly small dense berries associated with touches of black pepper and a fine hint of spices and elegant austerity. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, suavity, a mineral frame, tension, accuracy, suppleness. It expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, blueberry and more slightly – crushed strawberry associated with touches almost juicy blueberry, racy minerality, tonka bean, tobacco and a hint of graphene. Good length. The tannins are soft and sapid, a subtle floral hint on the persistence/retro, harmony
