The nose is fresh, floral and reveals a fine complexity. There are notes of violet, lily and, to a lesser extent, blackberry, combined with hints of crushed strawberry and a fine touch of blueberry, almond and nutmeg. The palate is fruity, balanced and shows minerality, acidity, sapidity, a little roundness and a certain finesse in its fruit. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cherry, fresh/acidic blackberry and, more slightly, fresh flowers, combined with a touch of pulpy redcurrant and fine hints of almond, chocolate and a discreet touch of toast. Good length. Fine tobacco notes and a subtle hint of toast in the background. The tannins are precise and fresh.
