The nose is fruity (nice focus on the fruit) and offers a certain concentration. It reveals notes of rose, fresh violet and fresh / bright raspberry associated with touches of pulpy cassis / pulpy plum as well as a fine hint of toast and a discreet hint of vanilla. The palate is fruity, balanced and offers juiciness, minerality, a certain freshness as well as a little tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy blackberries, small crushed black berries and more slightly crushed black plum associated with touches of violet as well as hints of fresh cherry, cocoa, toast and a subtle hint of toasted almond. Tannins are precise and finely powdery.
